Dispatched in 1 to 2 days
If you're looking for consistent quality and enhanced performance in a reliable primary underwater dive torch, the Ammonite LED SOLARIS NextGen Light Kit is built to withstand the harshest underwater conditions.
The Ammonite LED SOLARIS NextGen light head reliably pumps out up to 4500 lumens of light that has a narrow to 6 degree beam, surrounded by a bright glow that spills out around the centre beam. The light source is 5 x LED CREE XPL with 5 x reflectors protected by a 6mm tempered front glass.
Depending on the power and size of the Ammonite battery used, burn times of the Ammonite LED SOLARIS NextGen light head range from just under 2 to 5 hours in 100% boost mode and can be extended to 3 to 8 hours on the regular operational mode.
BURN TIMES AND COMBINATIONS
You can select between three Ammonite LED SOLARIS NextGen light kits based on battery size, power and burn time required. Each kit contains:
- Solaris NextGen Light Head and HD light cable
- Chosen Battery and charger
Each of the batteries below, the Accu 10, Accu 14 and Accu 24 can also be individually purchased, meaning you can have more than one size of battery to cover any condition, whether it's just for a short dive or an exploration dive with extended bottom time and decompression.
CONSISTENT QUALITY AND ENHANCED PERFORMANCE
LED SOLARIS NextGen has a tough aluminum design, offering protection against knocks and scratches, substantial depth rating, and an ergonomic design that’s comfortable to use.
PERFORMANCE AND COMFORT
LED SOLARIS NextGen provides up to massive 4500 lumens of light on full power.
It also features three light levels BOOST, OPERATIONAL and BACK-UP modes (the latter to preserve battery) and adjust brightness levels to eliminate backscatter in murky water.
The burn time of the light will depend on what level one has chosen.
DURABILITY AND RELIABILITY
It is built from quality marine aluminium alloy covered with a hard anode making it resistant to corrosion and mechanical scratches.
Easy to operate switch knob is made of lightweight but very tough and resistant to environmental conditions polymer (Delrin®).
The 6 mm front glass is made of highly resistant tempered glass. The depth rating is 200m.
COMPACT DESIGN
Heavy-duty hard anodised aluminium alloy casing, only 117mm long and 61mm wide in diameter.
Yet while exceptionally durable, it only weighs 340g (130g in water), making it easy to manoevor when holding it by hand or with one of Ammonite System Goodman handles so you have lots of flexibility.
ADDITIONAL PROTECTION AND STATUS SIGNALING
The electronics in the headlamp control the condition of the battery.
The inner microchip system signals a low battery level with a strobe flash and automatically switches to backup mode (reducing light output to 20% light intensity) when the battery is drained.
LED SOLARIS NextGen remains in this "Take Me Home" mode regardless of the position of the switch until the battery is recharged, allowing up to an hour of dive time depending on the size of battery used.
AMMONITE SYSTEM QUALITY
AMMOPOWER - top quality products and services backed by 2 year warranty (excluding batteries) which can be extended to 3 years warranty free of charge.
