Ammonite Nautilus Light Head

The bright Ammonite Nautilus Focusable Light Kit with 4000-lumen output and operational burn times ranging from 4 to 10 hours. The head uses the latest Cree CXB LED chip with a Fresnel lens and allows you to adjust between a tight 9º beam to a perfectly round 45º wide beam. Burn times and variable beam covers most diving conditions.

If you’re looking for a bright and durable adjustable beam primary dive light, the Ammonite Nautilus Focusable Light Kit designed with the technical diver in mind for varying demanding conditions will cover all your needs.

Compact design

The smooth and compact design of the Ammonite Nautilus light head is perfectly balanced, making it easy to operate when in use with or without a Goodman handle.

Furthermore,  these features are packed in a relatively small housing that’s only 140mm long and 60mm in diameter. Yet while exceptionally durable, the Nautilus light head weighs 415g and 150g underwater.

Durable and reliable

The Ammonite Nautilus light head is built from marine-grade aluminium alloy covered with a hard anode making it resistant to corrosion and mechanical scratches. The 6mm front glass is made of highly fatigue-resistant tempered glass. The Nautilus light head has been extensively tested in use and can safely go down to a depth of 150m.

Easy-to-operate switch knobs are lightweight but very tough and corrosion-resistant polymer (Delrin®).

Ammonite Accu Thermo

You can choose between three different batteries with the Ammonite Nautilus Thermo Kit. Other than the expected burn times, the specifications for each model are the same. The only exception is the Thermo Accu 24Ah Special, depth rated to 200m instead of 150m.

The Ammonite Accu Thermo is specifically designed as a heating system battery which you can use with any Ammonite primary light head whilst operating a heating system.

Modern power supply source for heated dive wear

Simplicity, intuitive operation and performance reliability; up to 200 Watts heating power. The charging port of Accu Thermo may be optionally applied to connect any of Ammonite dive light heads.

Advanced functions of Accu Thermo

LED Indicator provides information on the battery status and charge level. Intelligent E/O "knows" when the cable is disconnected and when to cut off voltage, as well as when to bring back power supply after reconnecting.

Easy switch and effective adjustment

Two-stage power control means effective power management, extending battery life. The magnetic switch position change is easy to feel, even when wearing thick diving gloves.

The compact size casing is made of high-grade aluminium coated with hard anode while the device is sealed with two o-rings and equipped with a safety valve.

Additional protection and status signalling

The inner microchip system signals low battery level with a strobe flash and automatically switches to back-up mode (light output at 20% light intensity) when the battery is drained.

Ammonite System is modular

Due to the modular design concept, you can configure your umbilical light set regarding your needs.

All Ammonite umbilical lights, cables, batteries and heating batteries are equipped with the same chinch-type connector. So when one of the parts wears out, or you would want to upgrade it, there are no obstacles to doing so.

Modularity also affects the convenience of use and safety. For example, you can change the broken cable for a new one on the diving spot without sending it to the service centre.

These products are not included in our global max-capped shipping rates and are only shipped outside of UK mainland after freight cost is calculated based on total weight, dimensions of parcel, location of delivery and the courier service used. We will let you know what this cost will be before processing any order.

All cylinders we ship within and outside of UK mainland are filled and tested on site before being emptied for dispatch. Cylinders shipped outside of the UK will be empty and will also have their valves removed, requiring reassembly after you receive delivery. Twinset manifolds and bands will also be removed and dispatched together with the cylinders for safe global shipping.

Return postages are at your own cost and our outbound shipping costs (if items are sold with integrated basic shipping charges i.e. Free shipping for orders £45 and above) the UK shipping rate may be deducted from any UK mainland refund unless linked to a fault/defect claim.
