The Santi Blue Power Battery 14Ah marked the beginning of a new generation of power for Santi heating systems. This model provides exactly half the power of the larger 28Ah version for a more compact setup. 

With its 2023 release, Santi has set a new standard for performance and comfort in cold-water diving. Modern technology and contemporary electronics work together to ensure you enjoy uninterrupted heat comfort on every dive.

Advanced Voltage Control and Customisation

This heating battery features two distinct settings that allow for two levels of heating based on your needs. 

For typical heating power, you can operate the unit at a stable 11V output. However, you can switch to 12V when you require higher thermal output in extreme conditions. 

A major advantage involves the independent, non-invasive replacement of the E/O cord directly in the field. This ensures you never have to send the unit away for basic cable maintenance.

Several important features distinguish Santi Blue Power Battery from other options currently available on the market. 

It maintains a stable voltage level to ensure a constant heating temperature throughout the entire run time. The new ergonomic design includes a reliable piezoelectric button and two LEDs for clear status updates. 

Additionally, the unit provides audible and luminous indications for battery modes and low charge levels. The anti-slip casing also offers a secure grip during surface intervals.

Compatibility and Operating Performance

The Santi Blue Power series is designed solely to power official Santi heating system components. It is not compatible with other external devices or torch heads. 

Choosing this battery ensures your heated undersuit or vest functions at peak efficiency. It delivers a perfect balance of weight and duration for technical divers.

Santi Blue Power Battery 14Ah Maximum Operating Times

• Santi Heated Undersuit (110W): Provides reliable heat for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• Santi Heated Vest (55W): Delivers continuous thermal protection for approximately 3 hours.
• Santi Heated Gloves (36W): Offers an impressive 5 hours of warmth for your hands.
• Undersuit with Gloves (146W): Powers both systems for a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes.
• Vest with Gloves (91W): Supports this combined heating setup for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

What does the value represented in watt-hours mean?

Santi Blue Power batteries are available in two capacities, medium (14Ah) and large (28Ah).

In the case of the 198Wh Blue Power 14Ah setting the diver will have 198W of power to use in one hour. The diver will have 99W to use in two hours, and in four hours, about 45W.

Example 1:
Santi's heating vest has 55W + heating gloves 36W - a total of 91W. So 198Wh with a 14Ah battery will allow the equipment to be used for: 198Wh / 91W = 2.17h or about 2 hours and 10 minutes.

Example 2:
The heating gloves have 36W. So 397Wh with the ⤤ Santi Blue Power Large 28Ah Battery will allow heating gloves for: 397 Wh / 36W = 11.02h or about 11 hours.

The above result is also affected by the temperature at which the battery operates.

For international orders containing weights, cylinders (excluding suit inflation bottles), and Suex scooters, please contact us in advance before placing your order.

These products are not included in our global max-capped shipping rates. They are only shipped outside the UK mainland after the freight cost is calculated based on the parcel's total weight, dimensions, delivery location, and the courier service used. We will let you know the cost before processing any order.

All cylinders we ship within and outside of UK mainland are filled and tested on site before being emptied for dispatch. Cylinders shipped outside of the UK will be empty and will also have their valves removed, requiring reassembly after you receive delivery. Twinset manifolds and bands will also be removed and dispatched together with the cylinders for safe global shipping.

Note that all returned items are shipped at the customer's own risk and remain the customer's property until received by Underwater Explorers, so please ensure they are packaged well and use reliable postal services with tracking facilities. The goods will be inspected on arrival. 

Return postages are at your own cost and our outbound shipping costs (if items are sold with integrated basic shipping charges i.e. Free shipping for orders £45 and above) the UK shipping rate may be deducted from any UK mainland refund unless linked to a fault/defect claim.
