XDeep NX Project Wing System

The XDeep NX Project Wing System has sufficient lift (52lbs) to efficiently support multiple-stage diving, achieving this in a tightly streamlined profile. It comes with an aluminium or stainless steel backplate, in two sizes.

The narrow profile of the XDeep NX Project twinset wing reduces drag, easing your resistance and effort through the water, improving gas consumption and reducing the chance of entanglement. The traditional dead zone found in classic wings has been minimised. As a result, the XDeep NX Project wing provides the equivalent lift of a much larger wing in a smaller, narrower and tightly streamlined shape.

The XDeep NX Project Wing System is also available in different colours or completely customized.

Greater lift with less drag

In the XDeep NX Project Twinset Wing System, the traditional dead zone found in classic wings has been minimised. As a result, it gives the equivalent lift of a much larger wing in a smaller, narrower and tightly streamlined shape.

All NX Series bladders have a revolutionary adapter connecting the inflator with the bladder. As it’s directly welded to the bladder, it eliminates traditional failure points such as elbows, threads and gaskets. Its simple and indestructible structure makes it perfect for technical dives.

The tighter, smaller top wing shape opens space around your valves and hoses. Access for twinset valves is clear; there is no unwanted air migration, resulting in better balance and trim.

NX Project gives unrestricted access to valves and perfect hose routing

In an emergency situation, every second counts so easy access to your valves is critical. As the NX inflator design is so compact, the upper wing size can be reduced for quick and easy shutdowns.

In addition, the extra space allows for straight and tidy hose routing. Even when fully inflated, the NX Project wing will not pressure or bend your hoses.

The simple direct connection to the wing significantly improves airflow in and out of the wing. As a result, buoyancy control is more precise. In addition, the inflator is very responsive, deflating faster than traditional designs.

Ergonomic Backplate of NX Project

The shape of the classic back plate was originally driven by the road sign it was cut out from, time perhaps for a change. Taking a good look at the anatomy and structure of the human back, XDeep has reinvented the concept.



Enlarging the upper part of the back plate achieves better weight distribution during the dive and removes load from the lumbar region.

The lower plate design, spreads the load equally well and allows for the optimal attachment of weight pockets and accessories.

The NX Series back plate is more comfortable, stable, and protective of your back than any other classic plate.

One piece harness plus full adjustability

The security of a classic single piece harness is unrivalled, but this has meant sacrificing comfort and adjustability. The NX series harness not only keeps all the positives but also adds a level of comfort and adjustment that the most ardent DIR diver will value.

The backplate harness interface is a completely new design, made possible by the changes to the backplate. When unfastened, the shoulder straps are 20% longer than in a standard one piece making kitting up or kit removal much easier. Tightening the waist buckle, tensions the shoulder straps to provide perfect lift.

Nx Project V-shaped crotch strap

The NX Series harness has a totally V-shaped crotch strap. The V shape is more comfortable, often eliminating the discomfort of a single strap. The V strap is a real step forward by spreading the load in and out of the water.

Long scooter dives become a pleasure, and the rig will be stable even with large capacity twinsets and multiple stages.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2 working days but will inform you of approximate delivery times should any item on your order be out of stock or on supplier backorder due to current manufacturing or transport delays caused by global shortages and/or impeded production.

• European Union: £13.90 + 5% of order value (maximum £30)
• Rest of the World: £19.50 + 8% of order value (maximum £55)

INTERNATIONAL EXCEPTIONS:

For international orders containing weights, cylinders (excluding suit inflation bottles) and Suex scooters please contact us in advance before placing your order.

These products are not included in our global max-capped shipping rates and are only shipped outside of UK mainland after freight cost is calculated based on total weight, dimensions of parcel, location of delivery and the courier service used. We will let you know what this cost will be before processing any order.

All cylinders we ship within and outside of UK mainland are filled and tested on site before being emptied for dispatch. Cylinders shipped outside of the UK will be empty and will also have their valves removed, requiring reassembly after you receive delivery. Twinset manifolds and bands will also be removed and dispatched together with the cylinders for safe global shipping.

We offer a 30 day return for any product sold under our Returns & Refunds Policy Please contact us before any return with your order number and date details. Note that all returned items are shipped at the customer's own risk and remain the customer's property until received by Underwater Explorers, so please ensure they are packaged well and use reliable postal services with tracking facilities. The goods will be inspected on arrival. 

Return postages are at your own cost and our outbound shipping costs (if items are sold with integrated basic shipping charges i.e. Free shipping for orders £45 and above) the UK shipping rate may be deducted from any UK mainland refund unless linked to a fault/defect claim.
