XDeep Hydros Wing System in Colour
The XDeep Hydros Wing System in Colour has been designed to significantly reduce the bladder volume in the 'dead zone' around the top of the wing. This makes it easier to get to your valves, and the reduced bladder volume in this area also makes hose routing easier.

If you are looking for a modern and robust twinset wing system with good trim, easy access to twinset valves and high surface position XDeep Hydros Wing System in Colour will meet your criteria.
XDeep has completely redesigned the classic twinset wing with the XDeep Hydros Twinset Wing System. You will find the elements familiar and notice their attention to detail, transforming good into great. Every element has been addressed to ensure an enhanced diving experience.
Building all the elements around a carefully calculated geometry, XDeep significantly improved stability in the water by eliminating wing “dead zones” that trap air affecting buoyancy. Through a careful design of the top of the wing reaching valves has been made easier.
XDeep Hydros Wing System in Colour for twinset diving includes a 40lbs or 50lbs Hydros wing in your chosen colour, aluminium or stainless steel backplate and one-piece harness with hardware.
XDeep Hydros 40lbs and 50lbs wings are also available in completely customized.
Trim and Stability with XDeep Hydros
Learning how to hold good trim and a stable position in the water is often the hardest skill for a new technical diver. Experienced technical divers want their equipment to help, not be something they must compensate for. The XDeep Hydros Twinset Wing System was designed so that the buoyancy in the wing perfectly matches the centre of gravity of the gas in your twinset.
XDeep Hydros 40 and 50 twinset wings were built in such a way that their centre of buoyancy is placed on the same level as the gravity centre of gas in the cylinder. Irrespective of the inflation level of the wing, or the remaining cylinder pressure, the system trim will not change during the dive.
Valve Shutdowns – faster and safer
The last thing you want between you and your valves is a flap of the wing that slows down your response to a problem.
Shutdowns and valve management have been improved by reducing the volume of the wing in the valve area, and through the area where you want to route your hoses.
It’s easier to configure a clean and tidy hose routing, leaving your valves clear and accessible.
Reduced drag but the same buoyancy with XDeep Hydros
Smaller contour wings have less drag and a lower risk of entanglement. In classic twinset BCD designs if you reduce the contour of the wing, then you lose overall buoyancy. Not in the XDeep Hydros Twinset Wing System.
By minimizing the dead zone in the Hydros twinset wing from the central part of the bladder, XDeep has reduced the overall wing contour and kept all the buoyancy you need. A bit of lateral thinking!
Comfortable and high up at the surface
It is a challenge to design a wing that holds you in perfectly flat trim underwater yet holds you upright and high at the surface. Most designs want to push your face back underwater.
In the Hydros twinset wing the design ensures that most of the wing and therefore buoyancy is kept beneath the surface.
Even loaded with two full stages and gear for a deep technical dive, XDeep Hydros Twinset Wing System will hold you high and comfortable out of the waves.
Super-resistant Cordura®
For safety reasons, no one needs to be convinced that you need a very durable outer shell for wreck diving. The outer shell of the Hydros wings is made of highly durable Cordura® 1100 dTEX produced in Germany.
Also, remember that the Cordura® fabric is more abrasion-resistant than other materials. Compared to other wings made of less expensive materials, the Hydros wing stays looking like new for a longer period.
How long does it take to receive my XDeep system?
