XDeep Hydros Wing System in Colour
The XDeep Hydros Wings has been designed so as to significantly reduce the bladder volume in the 'dead zone' around the top of the wing. This makes it easier to get to your valves and the reduced bladder volume in this area also serves to make hose routing easier.

XDeep has completely redesigned the classic twinset wing with the Hydros Double Wing Syetem. Whilst the elements will be familiar, the attention to details has left no stone unturned in transforming good into great.
Whilst the XDeep Hydros wing system might be easily recognisable, every element has been addressed to ensure an enhanced diving experience.
Building all of the element around a carefully calculated geometry, XDeep significantly improved stability in the water.
XDeep eliminated the “dead zones” that trap air, increasing drag or affecting buoyancy.
Through a careful design of the top of the wing reaching valves has been made easier.
Complete system for twinset diving includes: 40lbs or 50lbs wing, aluminum or stainless steel backplate and one piece harness with hardware.
Better trim and greater stability
HYDROS 40 and 50 models were built in such a way that its centre of buoyancy is placed on exactly the same level as the gravity centre of gas in the cylinder. Thanks to this, the trim does not change during the entire dive and remains the same with full and empty cylinders.
The geometry of HYDROS model, especially its contour, provides properly significant righting moment, which makes it a lot easier to reach the correct horizontal position.
Easy access to valves
To make access to the valves easier, we massively reduced the dead zone in the upper part of the bladder to the minimum. As a result, there is no "loose cloth" effect which makes access to valves difficult while doing a V-Drill.
The reduced bladder volume in the place where hoses are situated makes guiding them also much easier.
High surface position
In the HYDROS 40 and 50, we reduced to minimum the part which sticks out above the water while the diver is surfaced. Therefore, the significant part of the displacement is used effectively to keep the diver surfaced.
You will feel the difference during high wave dives at sea, especially when you have with you full stage cylinders.
Super-resistant Cordura®
The outer shell of the HYDROS models are made of highly durable Cordura® 1100 dTEX produced in Germany.
For safety reasons, no one needs to be convinced that you need a very durable outer shell for wreck diving.
Also, remember that the Cordura® fabric is definitely more abrasion-resistant than other materials. Compared to other wings made of less expensive materials, the HYDROS model stays NEW for a longer period of time.
