The new 2023 OrcaTorch D710V Video Light presents underwater videographers and photographers White, Red and Ultraviolet (UV) light to cover any situation with a maximum White light 120º beam output of 2000 lumens that can be reduced to 600 lumens with the press of a switch.
To cover other conditions and let you make the most out of your videography, whether at night or for close-up/macro shots, the D710V has two additional LEDs with 125 lumens (Red) and 2.5 Lumens (UV) light settings.
White light is the most used colour for underwater photography and video. It provides a natural-looking illumination that can bring out the true colours of the aquatic environment. White light is also helpful in illuminating large areas, such as coral reefs or shipwrecks.
Red light is often used for night diving or deep diving. This is because red light has a longer wavelength than other light colours, which can penetrate deeper into the water. Red light is also less likely to scare away shy marine life, making it an ideal choice for capturing images of elusive creatures.
Purple light, or UV light, captures images of fluorescent marine life. Many marine organisms have fluorescent properties that can only be seen under UV light. Purple light is also helpful in creating unique and artistic images that showcase the beauty of the underwater world in a new and exciting way.
In addition, the D710V also features a three-O-ring seal to ensure that it remains waterproof at depths of up to 150 meters. Other features include adjustable brightness levels, a built-in battery indicator, and an easy-to-use lockable titanium alloy switch.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced underwater photographer, or whether you are exploring coral reefs or diving deep into the ocean, the OrcatorchD710V is an excellent choice for your camera kit.
OrcaTorch D710V Video Light Burn Times

White Light Low - 3 hours

A battery power indicator complements Orca Torch's reliable titanium alloy button switch and has a safe lock function to prevent accidental switching.
Like all the high-end OrcaTorch dive lights, its water pressure-resistant construction gives it a depth rating of 150m (492ft).
