The Halcyon Evolve Wing with Cinch Harness maintains a novel, industry-first design. This unique circular wing provides unprecedented control, which allows divers to easily fine-tune their buoyancy regardless of position.

Furthermore, this full twinset wing system includes an easily adjustable Cinch harness and a backplate of your choice. The factory delivers the entire rig fully set up. Therefore, you only need to perform a little fine-tuning before jumping into the water.

Consequently, you can change suits or divers and adjust the harness in a flash. This quick change happens without compromising the harness's integrity or Halcyon’s trademark continuous-loop webbing.

Halcyon Evolve Wing

The circular design of the Halcyon Evolve Wing allows precise control of in-water buoyancy and trim. You can easily accomplish horizontal trim through the addition of lift at the base. Consequently, this specialised structure virtually eliminates gas trapping on either side of the wing.

Additionally, the Evolve wing integrates seamlessly with Halcyon's existing line of MC systems. Wreck divers and cavers will immediately appreciate the effortless buoyancy adjustment. Whether you are finning or scootering, the sleek profile cuts through the water with minimal drag.

Halcyon Backplate with Cinch Harness

The Halcyon Cinch Adjustable Harness redefines backplate diving by combining ultimate simplicity with unprecedented security. Halcyon specifically developed the Cinch to save divers time and effort during sizing and fine-tuning.

Specifically, you adjust the harness by simply sliding the webbing through a unique assembly. Divers can easily customise the fit in or out of the water with a simple push or pull. This feature completely transforms your routine if you regularly change the thickness of your diving suit.

Furthermore, refined manufacturing processes ensure that Halcyon backplates provide a premium, comfortable finish. Unique bends near the bottom of the plate create an ergonomic curve for increased comfort. Utility holes also enable easy mating with an MC Storage Pak to stow an SMB.

• Steel Backplate: Polished 304 stainless steel, weighing 2.22kg.

What backplate to use?

While not set in stone, aluminium backplates are generally preferred by travelling or wet suit divers as they are lighter than their stainless steel counterparts.

The popular backplate for drysuit diving is stainless steel, where the additional weight is a benefit (spreading out the weight needed to compensate for buoyancy while taking it off the diver's waist).

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2 working days but will inform you of approximate delivery times should any item on your order be out of stock or on supplier backorder due to current manufacturing or transport delays caused by global shortages and/or impeded production.

*The dispatch days listed in our product listings refer to working days, excluding weekends and UK holidays. Products that need to be ordered from the manufacturer or distributor's stock, are temporarily out of stock, are subject to backorders, or are marked as Special Orders may take longer to dispatch. We will notify you of this once your order is confirmed.

INTERNATIONAL EXCEPTIONS:

For international orders containing weights, cylinders (excluding suit inflation bottles), and Suex scooters, please contact us in advance before placing your order.

These products are not included in our global max-capped shipping rates. They are only shipped outside the UK mainland after the freight cost is calculated based on the parcel's total weight, dimensions, delivery location, and the courier service used. We will let you know the cost before processing any order.

All cylinders we ship within and outside of UK mainland are filled and tested on site before being emptied for dispatch. Cylinders shipped outside of the UK will be empty and will also have their valves removed, requiring reassembly after you receive delivery. Twinset manifolds and bands will also be removed and dispatched together with the cylinders for safe global shipping.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30 day return for any product sold under our Returns & Refunds Policy Please contact us before any return with your order number and date details. Note that all returned items are shipped at the customer's own risk and remain the customer's property until received by Underwater Explorers, so please ensure they are packaged well and use reliable postal services with tracking facilities. The goods will be inspected on arrival. 

Return postages are at your own cost and our outbound shipping costs (if items are sold with integrated basic shipping charges i.e. Free shipping for orders £45 and above) the UK shipping rate may be deducted from any UK mainland refund unless linked to a fault/defect claim.
