G260 Second Stage

The G260 is a new balanced adjustable second stage featuring metal components for excellent cold water resistance (inlet tube, orifice, inhalation control knob and hose connector). It's high performance makes it a choice for all demanding divers and it will be the natural choice for G250 fans.

The R195 is a modern second stage design based on SCUBAPRO's time-honored R190 but re-engineered with modern materials.

Scubapro R195 Octopus It combines a classic downstream valve with a large diaphragm, functional purge button and VIVA switch for smooth and easy breathing and simple operation. Its robust construction, smooth air delivery and reliability makes the R195 a sensible second stage for new divers and a perfect choice for deco tanks thanks to its reversible hose attachment.

The R195 OCTO combines all the features of the standard R195 with a high visibility yellow cover and a 39-inch yellow hose that makes it easy to share with a buddy in need.

*Most of our divers prefer DIN fitting on the 1st stage regulator which attaches to the tank valve. A DIN regulator has a threaded post which screws into the inside of a DIN valve tank and has no additional metal or braces that run behind the valve. This, together with the position of its o-ring, creates a more secure seal on the tank. YOKE (or A-Clamp) 1st stages have an oblong metal brace that completely encircles the tank valve when in place and is screwed down on the tank valve when the yoke screw is tightened. Both regulators seal to the scuba tank by means of an o-ring where the o-ring on a Yoke valve is in the tank valve itself as opposed to DIN regulators that have the own o-ring. DIN fittings are commonly accepted as being more secure but Yoke valves are common throughout North America and recreational tourist destinations. A DIN regulator can be adapted to Yoke valves by using an A-clamp adapter for travel.
