Delivery Schedule
We will ship anywhere in the world but for areas local and international sanctions or restrictions may apply.
All orders will be despatched either by Recorded 1st Class Delivery (Royal Mail) or Next Day Courier Service (Interlink). Outside of UK deliveries will be despatched using BaxGlobal or Parcel Force. In any case a signature will be required on delivery.
The standard delivery cost per shipment to a UK address starts from £3.90 including handling plus 1.5% of the overall value of the product(s) purchased.
The Basic Shipping Charges and Bands are:
United Kingdom Basic Charge £3.90 + 1.5% of Order Value
Ireland Basic Charge £7 + 3.5% of Order Value
European Community Basic Charge £8.50 + 4.5% of Order Value
Chanell Islands Basic Charge £7 + 3.5% of Order Value
Other Countries Basic Charge £17.50 + 15% of Order Value
1. Due to limited availability of some of the products we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. If you wish your order to be sent in more than one shipment, Underwater Explorers advice you on extra delivery cost for the second carriage charged at the same rate as the initial shipment.
2. Delivery will be advised but please leave up to 30 days for delivery on Halcyon items that need to be imported. In stock items will generally be dispatched within 24 hours but some out of stock products may take longer. Any delivery date will be an estimate only. We shall not be liable for delays caused by matters outside our control.
3. Any claim based on any defect in quality or condition of the products must be notified to us within 10 days of delivery after which you will be deemed to have accepted the products.
4. The standard delivery cost per shipment to a UK address is £3.90. If you would like your goods shipped by another method or to a different country, then you will have the option to specify your requirements on the check out page. There may be some countries that we may not be able to ship to due to local or international restrictions.
5. Risk of damage to or loss of the product shall pass to you at the point at which they are delivered.
6. For UK couriered consignments we reserve the right to charge GBP25 for redirection to an address other than the delivery address specified in your order. If no delivery address is specified, consignments will automatically be sent to the billing address.
7. Due to the on-line trading restrictions Scubapro/Uwatec products are only available for shipping within the EEA.
