Halcyon Explorer Full System

Halcyon offers the Explorer wing for double tank diving . The Explorer wings are available in two lift capacities to satisfy various buoyancy requirements, and are able to accommodate a wide range of tank sizes, exposure protection, and equipment requirements. The full system comes inclusive of 40lbs or 55 lbs wing, standard or small aluminium or stainless steel backplate, harness, crotch strap, hardware and MC storage pak.

*Note: You can choose between the adjustable Cinch harness + hardware or the Halcyon standard harness and hardware .

ALL INCLUSIVE

Wing: The new 400 denier nylon bladder has a tighter weave and is therefore more puncture resistant than a broad weave. The Explorer's 1680 ballistic nylon outer shell is designed for maximum abrasion resistance. Heavy-duty zipper has a three-inch wide strip of Cordura to prevent zipper chaff on the inner bladder. Two-inch webbing-reinforced backbone construction. "Trap-door" drainage system allows water to drain rapidly from the outer cover to minimize excess weight and diver effort reboarding the dive boat. Inflator elbow strain relief constructed from two-inch nylon webbing minimizes wear on this connection. Narrower, elongated construction improves streamlining and trim. Relocated corrugated hose eliminates stress from impact with tanks. Halcyon inner bladders are RF welded with a lifetime warranty on all seams.

Backplate: Specially designed for mating with all Halcyon and conventional wings the Halcyon Backplate is available in six lbs. stainless steel and aluminum with utility holes allowing easy mating with the optional MC Storage Pak to stow a variety of lift devices. (Military-grade hardcoat protects the Halcyon aluminum backplate from corrosion and scratching).

Halcyon Secure Harness: The Halcyon Secure Harness® allows for infinite adjustability, providing a perfect fit for all divers and diving systems. Men or women diving wet or dry will find the Secure Harness is without question the most stable and well-fitted design in the industry. Five point system insures snug fit and eliminates tank roll and drift. Bent D-rings facilitate one-handed storage of accessories like Scout lights or stage bottles. Complete adjustability of D-rings eliminates inappropriate attachment points. Quality Halcyon webbing and buckle.

MC Storage Pak® provides "transparent" storage for alternate lift and signaling devices.
